What's New in the JRobust?
JRobust is an application developed for atomic force microscopy (AFM) data analysis. JRobust is designed to quickly and accurately analyze AFM images and extract mechanical properties from force curves. It is a tool for any user, from experts to beginners. What is new in this release: Version 3.3.2 of JRobust is dedicated to eDevtools users. Previously we developed a first release in a form of a "data analysis plug-in", here it is now a "plug-in" itself. We did it to make eDevtools stable and develop the "client side" more quickly. We also added a "show in eDevtools" button to display JRobust results inside eDevtools. Documentation: - JRobust Help now has new pages dedicated to JRobust 3.3.2 release. - The screenshots in the JRobust Help page have been updated. - A new tutorial for using JRobust has been created. Bug fixes and improvements: - Fixed issues in Force Curve calculation and analysis. - Improved JRobust FFT calculations and calculation errors output. - Fixed issues with freehand mode, especially with line to line intersections. - Fixed issues with decimation analysis and image size limitation. - Fixed a lot of compilation and parsing errors. - Fixed manual testing and compiled binary comparison with 2.7.5.
